After completing the survey, you will be asked how you’d like to claim your voucher. You can be sent your voucher by going directly to the voucher website, by email or by post.
If you choose to go directly to the voucher website, you will be given instructions on how to claim your voucher. These instructions are also shown below. The gift vouchers are provided by Merit Incentives.
Please note: If you choose to claim your voucher through the voucher website, you will need to provide Merit with your email address, so they can send you your voucher. If you do not have an email address or do not wish to provide one, you can choose to be sent a Love2Shop voucher by post. This will take up to 20 working days to arrive.
Steps to claim your voucher from the voucher website:
Once you have completed the survey you will be directed to our voucher website, and if you provide an email address, you will receive an email with details of how to claim your voucher.
Please note that whilst most vouchers are received within 48 hours of your selection, it can sometimes take retailers longer to process the vouchers and send them out to claimants. Please allow five working days for the voucher to arrive before contacting our helpline team. Please also ensure you have checked your junk/spam folder, as the vouchers occasionally end up there.
It may be worth trying a different browser, if you are still experiencing problems.
